Got Pain?
Where are you hurting? What can you do about it?
Do you feel that you’ve “tried everything” to get rid of your pain and yet you are still hurting?
Often pain felt in one area, is actually “referred” from another area. That is because there is likely a muscle “spasm” in a different area that is causing the pain.
For example, if you pull your hair, your scalp will hurt. Massaging your scalp will not help. You must stop pulling your hair in order for your scalp to stop hurting.
Similarly, treating a spasm in the front of your thigh is the key to releasing low back pain and sciatica. A spasm in a muscle in your neck is an important source for relieving the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome, and a spasm close to your shinbone is the cause of foot pain, commonly called plantar fasciitis.
Without a roadmap to the body it is difficult to link the two areas together.
In this section, you will be re-directed to Julie’s original website, which is the roadmap you’ve been looking for. You’ll find all the answers here regarding why muscles cause pain, how you can treat each knot (spasm), and a whole lot more!
