Physical Therapists and Massage Therapists
The Julstro Method of Osteopathic Muscular Therapy (JMOMT) isn’t traditional massage; it is truly muscular therapy.
Whether you are a physical therapist, or a massage therapist, you and your clients will definitely see the benefit of using JMOMT in your practice.
Julie is an Approved Continuing Education Provider by NCBTMB/AMTA for massage therapists nationwide, and by the Florida Physical Therapy Assn (FPTA). She teaches primarily in Florida and New York. However, If you are anyplace else in the USA, she will work with you to bring a Julstro Method of Osteopathic Muscular Therapy (JMOMT) class to your area. Classes are intentionally kept small to guarantee personal instruction for each attendee.
“God put somebody in front of me who needed your techniques here at the hospital. Although our class was only yesterday, I decided to try JMOMT to release my patient’s low back and leg pain. Her pain was 8/10 yesterday and she felt that her leg was buckling. I treated her and today, before her meds, her pain went down to a 3/10, and she didn’t even think of her leg buckling. I taught her three self-treatment techniques and she was so much better that she was being released from the hospital!
Thank you so much for teaching your unique techniques. My patients thank you, and I’m so happy to have these treatment protocols available to me. You really made a difference and I hope you’ll go out and teach as many PT’s as possible.”

“I am a very busy LMT in New York where many of my clients are serious athletes of all ages. JMOMT techniques are the basis of my practice. My clients get lasting results that get them back in their game quicker. I often go to golf tournaments, soccer games and track meets where I treat athletes, on the sidelines, when they are hurt during competition.
Also, I love the fact that JMOMT rarely uses thumbs, so my hands are pain-free! I’ll be able to continue my practice for years to come without injuring my own hands.”

Julie’s mission is to teach thousands of physical therapists and massage therapists how to do the JMOMT techniques. The techniques are proven to be so successful that therapists have asked Julie to teach expanded classes focusing on conditions from head to foot.
To that end, Julie is developing a Specialist course that will be taught primarily online using Zoom classes, private Facebook groups, and extensive study materials. The program is designed to be one year of self-directed study that will qualify for continuing education credits with NCBTMB. Students will have the opportunity to work directly with Julie at any point during the course. As the program continues, you’ll find there’s so much more to the JMOMT Specialist Training course.
Julie teaches a two-day, 16-hour CE course at the Swedish Institute in New York City three times a year, and at multiple other locations around the USA. She is always open to creating a class for your group.
