Zoom Consultations
“Since I live in Egypt it was impossible for me to see you in person, yet I wanted your instruction of how to properly do the techniques you teach. Plus, I was most eager to have you watch me to make sure I was doing them properly. Working with you over the internet was so simple, and I appreciate that you were able to listen to my descriptions of the pain and then figure out what was really happening and show me where to go in your book, “The Pain-Free Athlete”. I went to many doctors here in Egypt, yet I wasn’t getting any pain relief until I met with you.
I know you told me you are not a physician, but in my mind, you will always be “Dr. Julie.”

Zoom Consultations
Julie has worked 1-on-1 with people from all parts of the world via Zoom on the internet. The closest thing to actually being in Julie’s office, a Zoom consultation enables you to have a private session with Julie. It begins with you sending an email explaining your pain and how it is affecting your life. Prior to your meeting, Julie reviews your message and sends you back an email with recommendations of what to do before your meeting with her.
During your Zoom session, Julie listens to you explain your current situation (which may have changed after doing the recommended self-treatments), and then after learning the details of your problem, she tells you where to go in her book that is included with your consultation. You can choose whether you want “Treat Yourself to Pain-Free Living,” or “The Pain-Free Athlete.” The book demonstrates the self-treatment(s) that she has sent to you in the email. Then she watches you do it so she can offer advice to improve your method, just as she would if you were actually in her therapy office.
“Out of desperation, I came across the All Experts web site (currently closed) and posted my ‘issue’. I explained that I was in fine health, regularly working out in the gym, but was unable to golf for approximately 4 years. My issue was that every time I took a full golf swing, I had such intense pain on my upper right rib area that it actually took my breath away. I was fine otherwise and was unable to mimic this pain in the gym. Julie Donnelly was the ‘expert’ who took the time to consider what the cause of this intense pain could be. She gave me enough information that I was able to learn how to self-treat using a tennis ball of all things. I am very happy to state that I was able to get right back into regular golf playing in no time and have been playing regularly ever since.
Julie gave me the information and resources that allowed me to once again enjoy being able to swing a golf club and watch the golf ball fly!”
All Experts is no longer in operation, but you can do this and a lot more by meeting with Julie during a Zoom Consultation.
“What a wonderful thing that you know how to Treat Yourself! Wow – thanks so much for your help last Saturday during our online consultation…I was finally able to run on Tuesday with NO calf strain in the 5th/6th mile. I was getting quite accustomed to hobbling home.
I’ve been doing your protocol twice daily since our discussion and all of the previous hip pain (ischial tuberosity/upper hamstring origination) has pretty much dissipated. I DID find some monster knots in my quads. Thanks again for this incredibly easy way to self-treat!”
“I have had horrible pain in my lower leg and foot on and off for several years and have been to an orthopaedist, physical therapists and a very good pain management doctor. I cannot tell you how amazed I was that the simple exercise for pain on the top of my foot helped me relieve pain I’ve had for almost a year. I am very eager to start a ‘program’ for myself based on some of your other exercises. I have been to so many doctors and physical therapists with limited or little improvement, but this book describes so much of what I feel so exactly.”
